Otherwise, I'll call round to your offices and work through the problem for you.

I'm perfectly happy to tackle any small problems you might have - problems with printers, email not working or networks beginning to fail. Sometimes these faults can be fixed over the phone, if not I'll come out to your premises and fix the fault.

My rates start at only £20 for a call out and £10 if I can get you and up and running again on the phone.
